Photobooth Premium (photoboothpremium.com) is the data controller for personal data collected on this site. The details of the company that owns the brand are in the Legal Notice.
What We Collect and Why
- Contact form data (name, email, phone, country, message): to answer your enquiry and prepare the quote you requested. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Newsletter and giveaway data (name, email and, if you provide them, phone and country): to send you our monthly newsletter and manage your entry in the current giveaway under its official rules. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email; unsubscribing does not cancel your giveaway entry.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry data is kept while we handle your request and for the legally required periods afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; giveaway data is kept until the giveaway is resolved and for the legally required periods afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who We Share It With
Your enquiry is stored in our customer management system and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers that process data on our behalf do so under data processing agreements within the GDPR framework. The newsletter is sent through an email platform owned by our business group, with servers in the European Union.
Your Rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights through the contact form. You may also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
