All prices on this site are shown without VAT, so you add it at your local rate. The price itself is closed: no hidden extras and no surprises on the final invoice.
Do your photo booths include software?
Every booth is delivered event ready: the machine with its photo booth software configured for your first event. The professional Canon camera and the DNP printer are added to your quote when you need them, so one supplier covers the whole setup. See our photo booth software overview.
Do you ship photo booths internationally?
Yes. As a photo booth manufacturer in Europe we ship across the continent as standard and prepare international shipping quotes for other destinations. Every booth leaves our facility tested, packed for freight and ready to plug in.

Can I buy a booth without the camera and the printer?
Yes. The starting price of every booth is the machine with its software. Camera and printer are optional and quoted separately, so if you already own both you simply move that gear onto a better machine. Tell us what you have and the configuration goes into your quote. Do I need an electrician or a technician to set the booth up?
No. The booth arrives assembled and configured, it runs from a normal mains socket and one person can have it working before doors open. What venues do ask for is another matter: hotels and larger sites often want public liability cover and evidence that your equipment has been electrically tested, so check that when you confirm each booking.
What happens if something fails in the middle of an event?
You call us, not three different vendors, because the machine, the printer and the software all came from here. Most Saturday night scares are media, a cable or a setting, and they get solved on the phone. If a part is genuinely needed that is easier too: we build with standard commercial components and genuine DNP printers, not with pieces that exist only inside one unbranded booth.
What about customs and import duty outside the EU?
Inside the European Union shipping is standard and there is nothing to clear. For any other destination the freight, the paperwork and any duty or local tax depend on the country, so we work them out with you and confirm them in your quote before you commit to anything.
