A QW410 box yields 300 prints, against 800 on a DS620 and 1,400 on a DS-RX1HS. That changes your planning more than your margin: the cost per print sits in the same territory, but you carry more boxes and reload more often. For a mobile operator that is usually the right trade, because the weight you save is on every single journey and the reload takes a minute.
Plan by the event, not by the month. A 300 print box covers a small event comfortably and a busy one barely, so carry a spare in the van rather than in the storeroom. Which formats can the QW410 print from one media kit?
The 4x6 kit covers 4x6, the 4x4 Instagram square and the smaller 4x3, all cut from the same roll. The 4.5x8 panoramic uses its own media.
Is there perforated media for the QW410?
Yes, DNP makes a perforated 4x6 media for the QW410 that tears into strips without a cutter. Tell us the format you sell and we will quote the right one.
Can I use third party paper in a DNP QW410?
You can load it and you should not. Non original media shifts colour, bands and voids the printer warranty. We only supply genuine DNP.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
